Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Remaining balance is due before final files, websites or branding materials are delivered. One round of revisions is included unless otherwise stated. Additional edits or changes may incur extra charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the project start date may result in loss of deposit. Project timelines depend on prompt communication and feedback from the client.
